Production & Delivery Timelines:

  • Production Time: 2–5 business days from the point of artwork approval.
  • Standard Delivery (Business Days):

  • Express Delivery (Business Days):

Once dispatched, all orders include a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

9. Quality Guarantee & Returns Policy

1. Our Quality Guarantee (If We Make a Mistake)

  • Printing on the incorrect paper stock specified in the order.
  • A physical printing error (e.g., ink smudge) that was not present on the final, approved digital artwork.
  • Incorrect sizing or hole-punching that deviates from the approved order specifications.
  • For a minor issue, we will offer to reprint the affected portion of your order at no cost to you.
  • For a major issue that cannot be rectified or renders the product unfit for its purpose, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund.

2. Data & Content Integrity (The Client’s Responsibility)

  • Misspelled names or words.
  • Incorrect titles or company names.
  • Grammatical or punctuation errors.
  • Any other inaccuracies present in the client’s final submitted spreadsheet.

4. Issues Not Covered by this Policy

  • Change of Mind: This includes event cancellations or deciding to go with a different product or provider after an order has been approved and produced.
  • Colour Variations: Please note that colours can appear differently on handmade paper compared to the digital artwork. We cannot guarantee an exact colour match.
  • Damage in Transit: We package our orders securely. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence of the damage to both the packaging and the product. We will then lodge a claim with the courier service on your behalf.

The Conference Name Badge Kit is a digital workflow tool designed to assist users in creating and preparing printable conference name badges using Google Slides and Google Sheets.

By using the Badge Kit, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

User responsibility

The Badge Kit is a self service digital product. Users are responsible for following the supplied instructions and reviewing all outputs before print production.

• The accuracy, completeness and legality of all guest data provided

• Reviewing all merged badge outputs prior to printing

• Verifying spelling, formatting, layout, positioning and print readiness

• Ensuring your print settings, materials and equipment are suitable for your intended use

Terra Tag does not guarantee that merged badge layouts will be error free, perfectly formatted or suitable for all printers, fonts, guest data variations or production environments.

Automated layout behaviour

The Badge Kit includes automated layout and font fitting features designed to assist with variable guest data.

Due to the variability of names, organisations, titles, fonts, template designs and printer settings, some badges may require manual adjustment before printing.

Users are expected to review all generated files carefully prior to final production.

Google account permissions

The Badge Kit requires access to certain Google services, including Google Slides, Google Sheets and Google Drive, in order to function.

By authorising Terra Tag Badge System, you grant permission for the script to create, edit and manage files required for badge generation within your Google account.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terra Tag is not liable for:

• Incorrect guest information supplied by users

• Printing errors resulting from user supplied data

• Formatting issues caused by unsupported fonts, printers or software environments

• Production delays, print failures or material wastage arising from user error or failure to review outputs

• Temporary interruptions or limitations associated with Google Workspace services or APIs

Users should always conduct test prints and final quality checks before large-scale production.

Third party services

The Badge Kit operates using Google Workspace infrastructure and APIs.

Terra Tag is not responsible for outages, API limitations, quota restrictions or service interruptions relating to Google services.

Updates and modifications

Terra Tag may update, improve or modify the Badge Kit, templates, documentation or workflows over time.

Older template copies may not automatically receive future updates or bug fixes.

Users are encouraged to use the most recent official version supplied by Terra Tag.

Support

Terra Tag provides support relating to the operation of the Conference Name Badge Kit script and core workflow functionality.

Support does not include:

  • Badge design services
  • Graphic design advice
  • Font selection or layout consultation
  • Manual formatting or badge corrections
  • Print production troubleshooting unrelated to the Badge Kit system
  • User supplied data cleanup or spreadsheet preparation
  • Custom template modification services

Users are responsible for reviewing and adjusting generated badge files prior to printing using the guidance provided in the user manual and training materials.
